What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 pieces on printed blanks — enough to test a design — with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow. Full cut-and-sew ranges need larger runs per colourway and we will say so on the quote.
How fast will my order arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished garments ship in about 2 weeks — jacquard waistbands need longer because of loom setup, and we will tell you when we quote.
Jacquard or printed waistband?
Jacquard weaves your name into the elastic so it cannot peel or crack, and it needs a larger run to justify the loom setup. Printed handles full colour and short runs at lower cost, and will show wear eventually.
Cut and sew or printed blanks?
Blanks are cheaper and faster and limit you to the blank’s fabric and cut. Cut and sew lets you specify fabric, colour, cut, waistband and trim from scratch — which is what you need if you are selling the product rather than giving it away.
Which fabric should I choose?
Combed cotton for everyday, modal where softness and drape are the selling point, wicking microfibre for sport and travel, seamless microfibre where no line can show, and GOTS organic or bamboo viscose where certification matters.
Is the gusset always cotton?
Yes, on every women’s style we make regardless of body fabric. It is a health consideration rather than a style option.
Do you supply retail packaging?
Yes — printed header cards, folding and rigid multipack boxes, recycled card sleeves and compostable film, with barcodes and size labelling, all assembled and cartoned by size.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes, and you should. Order a small batch, wash it several times, and check the waistband and seams before committing to a range. Our minimum exists precisely so that is affordable.
