Underwear is the one garment a person wears for sixteen hours without taking it off. Every shortcut in it — a waistband that rolls, a seam that rubs, a fabric that holds damp — is discovered inside the first hour and remembered for the life of the garment.
Most of that is decided by two components nobody asks about: the elastic and the gusset. A waistband is either woven jacquard elastic with the brand woven in, or it is printed tape that cracks after a dozen washes. A gusset is either a separate panel with flatlock seams, or it is four seams meeting at the point that moves most.
We quote on both by name, because they are where the money actually goes and where a cheaper quote is almost always hiding.
Why we exist
Branded underwear is usually bought the way promotional t-shirts are bought — on unit price and a colour chart — and it is the one garment that punishes that hardest. Nobody complains about a cheap tote bag. They complain about this.
We state fabric weight in GSM, we state the waistband construction, and we say plainly when a logo has to be redrawn to survive being woven into elastic thirty-eight millimetres wide rather than printed flat.
What we actually make
Combed cotton boxer briefs in three rises, with jacquard or printed waistbands. Women’s briefs, hipsters and boy shorts on the same fabric range. Performance styles in recycled polyamide with mesh panels and flatlock seams throughout. Organic cotton and bamboo viscose with the certification numbers on the invoice, not just the pitch. Hospitality stock in sealed single packs. And private-label multipacks — printed sleeve, box or hanger card — assembled and shrink-wrapped so they arrive retail-ready.
Sizing runs from XS to 4XL on every style, because an order that skips the ends of the curve is an order that half the team quietly does not wear.
